日本語In the morning of December 24 2014, a Japanese ambulance with high quality equipment was donated to Phnom Penh City. H. E. Mok Vansitha, the Phnom Penh Deputy Governor, a representative from Embassy of Japan and MOL (Mitsui O.S.K Lines (Cambodia) Co., Ltd), country director of Side by Side International (SBSI) attended the handover ceremony.
Upon the request from H.E. Gov. Pa Socheatvong, SBSI shipped an ambulance that was donated by Gamagori Rotary Club in Japan. The Rotary Club also donated many equipment for the vehicle. MOL Japan & Cambodia and Phnom Penh City Hall contributed to ocean transport and custom clearance.
We hope that the ambulance will be an instrument for saving many lives in Phnom Penh.
