日本語On March 1st and 2nd, SBSI arranged a First Aid team for the The 3rd Cambodian Para-Athletics Competition and open races, which were hosted by Hearts of Gold (Japanese NGO) and the National Paralympic Committee. The event was so touching that I (Akiko Sasaki) had tears a few times. The big smiles on the faces of the participants and their families were memorable.
The first aid teams and a Japanese ambulance were dispatched by National Khmer Soviet Hospital. (Thank you for your cooperation, Ms. Chikako) 4 members from Graphis (Japanese students’ NGO), one of the sponsors of donating the ambulance project also participated the events and provided “Free face painting” to children and youth. I hope there will be more people to watch such wonderful event next year.
